Khiem Projects was founded in 2024 in Cape Town South Africa. The company complies itself to have a strong commitment to training and development of talent, including apprenticeships.
Our Dedicated teams offer our clients a wealth of building experience in all construction facets. Khiem Projects works closely with clients, constantly challenging our teams to exceed expectation.
Khiem Projects is a licensed builder registered with the NHBRC, Labour Department and CIDB and BIBC Registered. We provide a broad range of aligned services:

At Khiem Projects we believe in making the customer experience as stress free and simple as possible and understand the personal nature of disaster situations. From the start to the finish of a project we provide a single point of contact, who manages and explains to the customer the end-to-end repair process, provides regular updates, answers all questions and allay any concerns. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service, with respect and sensitivity by ensuring all our staff adhere to our strong ethics and values.
